Affordable Security and Home Automation Panel

April 07, 2011 – 2GIG Technologies, Booth 13109 — First time ISC West exhibitor 2GIG is showcasing its Go!Control home management system, which provides simple and affordable home automation and security, according to the company. Nearly 200,000 systems have been installed in the first year to market. The Go!Control panel contains a snap-in cellular radio as its primary communication mechanism, allowing 24/7 connectivity on the T-Mobile, AT&T, or Rogers networks and eliminates the need for a land line.

The panel also contains a built-in Z-Wave radio, offering home automation standard with every installation. Through 2GIG’s partnership with Alarm.com, tasks such as arming, disarming, thermostat setting, lighting control, lock control, and video monitoring can be done from anywhere in the world via a smart phone or the Internet.

The Go!Control system includes a full line of wireless security and automation peripherals (smoke and CO detectors, panic button, glass break, PIR motion detector, door/window contacts, thermostat, appliance/lighting modules, door lock, etc.).
