Our newly launched, 2GIG New Home Program™ powered by Alarm.com, gives builders the needed support to deploy the latest home alarm technology infrastructure into their new communities. This collaborative program, designed as a comprehensive future-ready solution for production and custom homebuilders, ensures hassle-free compatibility by combining the industry-leading technologies in the 2GIG® brand family of security and home automation products with the premier smart home platform from Alarm.com.

In addition to a complete ecosystem of smart home devices, the 2GIG New Home Program™ powered by Alarm.com supports builders with an unprecedented range of tools such as community management, design center collaboration, and sales and marketing assets to ensure the builders’ success in offering the smart home experience to their buyers. Now, builders can oversee their portfolio of homes from a single login and manage multiple properties through one dashboard.

Bringing together components of both the 2GIG brand and Alarm.com traditional builder programs, these combined solutions include complimentary model home gear and merchandising kits, focused sales trainings for realtors and design center staff, design center displays, builder marketing toolkits, community management, self-guided model home tours and more.

The popular Standard package provides builders with home security systemssmart thermostats,  doorbell camerassmart lighting and smoke detectors. Each element was selected based on the number of requests received from home buyers.

The New Home Program is deployed and supported by a nationwide network of certified dealers that sell the 2GIG brand and Alarm.com service providers, at no cost and completely turn-key to the builder. This gives homebuilders access to the most cost-effective, proven smart home technology along with a simplified implementation process that doesn’t require specialized installers, allowing them to continue using their existing electrical and HVAC subcontractors for installation during construction.
